Despite his strategic mindset, Jeff maintains an unshakably Midwestern sensibility, balanced with a healthy sense of humor. He watches way too much Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives, has remodeled his house twice purely by choice, and—according to absolutely true legend—was the first person ever to order a pizza by text message.
